Children & Young People (16 to 18 yrs)

Specialist Support in Semi‑Independent & Supported Accommodation

Eternity Care Ltd provides dedicated support services for children and young people aged 16–18 living in semi‑independent or supported accommodation. Our service is designed to offer stability, safeguarding and consistent support for young people who may be vulnerable, at risk of placement breakdown or transitioning toward greater independence.

We work closely with local authorities, placement brokers, supported accommodation providers, social workers and other professionals to ensure placements are safe, well‑managed and appropriately staffed.

Our Approach

Our support for young people is built around a safeguarding‑led, person‑centred approach. Every placement begins with a thorough assessment and a clear support plan that reflects the young person’s needs, risks and goals.

We understand that many young people placed in supported accommodation may have experienced instability or trauma. Our teams focus on consistency, boundaries and positive engagement to help reduce risk and promote stability.

Unregulated Support (16–18)

Where a young person does not require personal care or medication support, we provide unregulated support services focused on supervision, guidance and daily living skills.

Unregulated support may include:

  • 1:1 and 2:1 staffing support

  • Daytime and waking night supervision

  • Behavioural and emotional support

  • Support with routines and independent living skills

  • Community access and engagement

  • Crisis and placement stabilisation

This service is suitable for young people who require structure, supervision and safeguarding rather than hands‑on care.

Regulated Support (CQC)

Where a young person does require personal care, medication assistance or physical support, Eternity Care Ltd can deliver regulated care under our CQC registration.

This provides additional reassurance to commissioners and placement professionals that care is being delivered in line with regulatory standards and safeguarding requirements.

What We Do Not Provide

To ensure clarity and transparency, Eternity Care Ltd:

  • Does not provide accommodation or housing

  • Does not offer tenancies

We work alongside supported accommodation and housing providers to ensure placements have the appropriate staffing and support to succeed.

Rapid Mobilisation & Staffing

We understand that placements for young people can often be urgent. Our service offers rapid mobilisation, often within 48 hours, including:

  • Daytime staffing

  • Waking night support

  • Double‑up staffing where risk levels require

This flexibility allows us to respond quickly to emergency or high‑risk placements.
